I had messed with the QoS settings on IPCop but never noticed a difference. I had set port 80 to low because our other SSH or VPN needed priority. Anyways… again never made a differnce. Turns out because I had the Proxy turned on and in transparent mode having it set on port 80 didn’t make a difference. I had to set it on port 800! After setting that up its been smooth sailing.
